Plus, they all use our Top Selling Manuka Blend to give them an extra flavorful kick that will delight your friends, family, and the trick-or-treaters who come knocking at your door.

Caramel Apples
Replacing the sugar with Manuka South Manuka Blend will give your caramel apples a smooth, creamy texture.
What you need:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup Manuka South Manuka Blend Honey
- X6 Pop Sticks
- X6 Apples (chilled)
Directions:
- In a large saucepan, combine whipping cream and honey over medium heat. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until thermometer reads 260°, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat; allow to thicken 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, insert a wooden pop stick into the core of each apple. Dip apples in caramel mixture, rolling to coat evenly. If desired, roll in honey-roasted peanuts. Place on waxed paper; refrigerate or store in a cool location until caramel is set, about 30 minutes.

Sweet Honey Popcorn
We all know butter popcorn, but trust us when we say you must try 'honey popcorn'. This is sure to be a hit this Halloween.
What you need:
- 175g popped popcorn
- 3 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup of Manuka South Manuka Blend Honey
- 1 tbsp water
- ¼ tsp salt
Directions:
- Put your popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over a low heat. Add the honey, water and salt and cook and stir over a low heat until all is nicely incorporated. Bring to a boil for one minute and take off the heat. Pour over popcorn, toss to coat and use a spoon to mix the honey mixture and coat all of the popcorn.
- Transfer the coated popcorn to a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spread evenly. Bake uncovered at 350°F/175°C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Stir mixture every three or four minutes. Watch the popcorn carefully, it burns easily! Take out of the oven and keep stirring the mixture every few minutes. As the mixture cools, the popcorn will get nice and crispy.
- Enjoy!
