    Ingredients you’ll need:


    1 medium banana

    1 handful of strawberries

    2 peaches

    1 apple

    1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds

    1 cup of Greek yoghurt

    1/2 cup of blueberries

    2 teaspoons of Bee Pollen

    1 tablespoon of Manuka Honey


    Creating your breakfast:


    1. Slice all your fruit ingredients, place in a bowl and toss together. 

    2. Sprinkle over pumpkin seeds

    3. Add your Greek yoghurt on top

    4. Sprinkle on your Bee Pollen 

    5. For an added energy boost and immune support add Manuka Honey

    6. Put your fresh blueberries on top.
