I learn about this brand of Manuka Honey when I was in New Zealand, 2 years ago, then I started to shopping around, trying different brands from UMF 5+ to UMF 20+ with different taste and different prices. I eat Manuka Honey every morning with my breakfast. A very small piece of bread, goat chees and Manuka Honey on top. I also heard from my brother who knows a lot about nutrition that Manuka Honey is good for your immune system, but he didn't know about this brand, until I told him. He says he is using Manuka Honey for many years and told me this one is the best. Then I decided to stay with this brand and believe, it is the best quality and best price.
