The perfect growing conditions to cultivate honey at this high UMF/MGO level only come once in a generation.

Where Nature-crafted Meets Hand-crafted

Inspired by the humble hive, this honey is encased in a custom designed presentation case. Hand-crafted in our home city of Christchurch, New Zealand by our Master Craftsman.



The case opens to reveal a 250 gram jar of this liquid gold, encompassed by black Danish reconstituted leather debossed with the Manuka South bee icon. Paying homage to the Honeybee (Apis mellifera) who created this unique honey.
