Manuka South, produces certified genuine manuka honey. This particular jar from them is graded as UMF 15+. But forget all the supposed health benefits of manuka for a moment. This honey is simply delicious, and it tastes as decadent as it should. It's raw and unpasteurized, as all genuine manuka should be, and, as a result, the honey looks creamy and opaque and nothing like supermarket honey. It is not crystallized despite its appearance, and it melts on your tongue with no graininess.
This Manuka South honey can be eaten by the spoonful right out of the jar or used as you would any other honey. But it's great stirred into Greek yogurt or spread on toast. If you've never tasted manuka honey before, you're in for a treat.
