A Touch of Elegance Distilled New Zealand Beauty

Each vintage in our collection has been created from some of the finest single-batch Mānuka honey available in the world.

For those who appreciate nothing short of excellence, our Limited Reserve UMF 28+ Manuka Honey stands as a testament to unparalleled quality and craftsmanship. Harvested from the most remote corners of New Zealand's Northland region, this honey is a precious rarity in the realm of UMF Manuka honey. Independently certified by the UMF™ rating system, it assures you of its exceptional potency, purity, authenticity, and freshness. With an extraordinary richness in unique manuka compounds like Leptosperin and Methylglyoxal (MGO 1445), this honey offers a unique pathway to wellness.

The hand-crafted wooden case is a work of art, embodying the skill and craftsmanship that New Zealand artisans are renowned for. Each box features impeccably matched dovetail finger joints, adding a touch of elegance and durability. The Manuka South logo, laser-engraved on both sides of the box, is accentuated by a rose gold plaque. One side honors our rich heritage with the inscription 'Since 1988,' while the other showcases the production serial number, adding an extra layer of authenticity and exclusivity.

UMF 28+ Certified Local Guaranteed Quality

UMF, or Unique Manuka Factor, is a prestigious grading system ensuring the potency and authenticity of mānuka honey. It measures key markers like methylglyoxal (MGO), dihydroxyacetone (DHA), and leptosperin, which are unique to mānuka honey. The UMF rating reflects these compounds' concentration, guaranteeing the honey's strength and purity. Higher UMF ratings indicate richer, more potent honey. This rating system is a promise of the quality and authenticity of our manuka honey.
